Full legal documents

This page is a short public summary. The complete, authoritative documents are linked below — where any of them differs from this summary on a factual point, the full document governs.

Terms of use

Permitted use

You may use AgentBrowser only for lawful browser automation on systems and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the instructions, websites, credentials, and content you provide, and for complying with third-party terms that apply to them.

Prohibited use

Do not use AgentBrowser to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade access controls, abuse third-party services, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or create an unreasonable burden on the service. We may suspend access needed to protect users, infrastructure, or the public.

Service availability

Early-access software may change and may be unavailable at times. Features identified as preview, pending, or unsigned are provided for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your account

Keep account, API, node, and vault credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential or account has been compromised. You remain responsible for activity performed with credentials under your control until they are revoked.

Privacy notice

Information processed

We process account details you submit, operational events needed to provide and secure the service, and browser-session data you deliberately send to hosted features. Recording and vault features may process sensitive content; use their controls and retention options deliberately.

How information is used

Information is used to operate, secure, support, meter, and improve AgentBrowser; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf when needed to run the service.

Retention and control

Retention depends on the feature and account state. Available account controls can export or delete account data, revoke credentials, and remove stored artifacts. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or law.

Security

AgentBrowser uses technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid placing secrets in logs or prompts, use origin-bound vault controls, scope API keys, and revoke credentials you no longer need.
