Support Policy
Effective August 16, 2026
AgentBrowser is built and operated by a small team. This policy describes what support actually looks like today — it deliberately does not invent SLA tiers, response-time guarantees, or enterprise support levels that don't exist yet.
Channels
- Email: [email protected] for account issues, bugs, and general questions.
- Billing/upgrades: the console links a direct [email protected] contact for self-serve billing questions and plan upgrades not yet available through self-serve billing.
- There is no phone support, no live chat, and no dedicated customer-success contact today.
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge support emails within a few business days. This is a best-effort target, not a contractual SLA — there is no guaranteed response time, and none should be inferred from this document or from any sales conversation unless it's written into a separate signed agreement. If you need a contractual response-time guarantee, that's a business decision to negotiate directly, not something this policy grants by default.
What's in scope
- Account access issues (login, API key problems, workspace membership).
- Billing questions and plan/quota clarification.
- Bug reports for the hosted service, console, MCP server, and Python SDK.
- Questions about how a documented feature is supposed to behave.
- Security reports (see below).
What's out of scope
- Debugging your own automation scripts or agent prompts beyond confirming whether AgentBrowser itself is behaving as documented.
- Guaranteed uptime commitments — see the Terms of Service §5 on service availability; this is early-access software.
- Data recovery beyond what the platform's own retention/backup mechanisms support (see the Privacy Policy §2 for exactly what those do and don't cover) — there is no promise of recovering data past its documented retention window.
- Custom development, dedicated infrastructure, or compliance paperwork (DPAs, security questionnaires, custom contracts) outside of a separately negotiated agreement.
- 24/7 or after-hours support of any kind.
Security reports
If you believe you've found a security issue, email [email protected] with details (do not open a public issue for anything that looks exploitable). We don't currently run a formal bug-bounty program or have a documented disclosure-timeline SLA — treat this as a best-effort responsible-disclosure channel, not a certified program, until/unless that changes.
Enterprise support
We don't currently offer a distinct enterprise support tier with different response commitments. If your organization needs one as part of a purchase decision, say so when you contact sales — that would be a new agreement, not something this policy already promises.
